name a driver who doesnt want restrictor plates off? LOL as is theyre turning laps faster than the cup cars, i doubt nascar will let them run without restrictor plates.
that division is on its deathbed. kind of like the truck series. payouts arent even close to what it takes to keep the teams afloat.
