youre talking about putting a salary cap on a sport that doesnt really lend itself to that. what do you do, limit crew chief salaries? rf tire changer gets $x per week?
then you have iroc. that didnt work either.
the only way to fix it is to have it implode on its own, which it is on its way to doing. nascar is headed toward CART.
