Yeah, but we saw this coming from the day Ultra Motorsports shut down and Orleans/South Point switched to Chevy. Since then the BHR team has been the only serious Dodge effort, and we're certainly not looking at the same front-running team that brought home a Championship.
Toyota getting the wings clipped a little may appease Ford and Chevy. The Truck Series has to get back to the point that the Spearses and Morgan-Dollars of the world can run teams for fun out of their wallet and not need sponsorship and/or Serious Factory Backing and/or an alliance with a Cup team to win, and I don't see it happening.
For Act II, I'm betting we see Dodge out of NASCAR altogether by 2010.
