Watching it live tv coverage showed Todd coming up to the lap car from a track angle camera in front of both cars. I said out loud "get out of the way". I expected the lap car to move down and let Todd move by. The announcers are the ones blaming Todd. The reporter after talking to the spotters said that the spotters had worked out that Todd and others would pass the lap car on the bottom. My opinion is Todd would have passed on the bottom in the straightaway but the deal dident work out because Todd caught and had to manuver around the lap car in the corner. He went in hot and the rest is history.
