With all the problems at PE. If I were Richard Petty I would be looking to put veteran driver in the 45 car that has a good shot at getting the car in the race. Todd could really shake down that car for the 45 team and would likely make the race even with poor equipment. Once again these owners choose a unproven young gun in the car and miss the race.
