After watching the twin 125's yesterday and seeing all of the passing that was going on, I think that yes, the plates and (am I really going to say this ? ) the new car has made for better, more entertaining racing. Unless NASCAR comes up with a newer and smaller engine formula, I think that they should keep the plates on the cars. There is no reason to let them run over 200 mph. The only other thing that they could do would be to increase the aero drag to the point that an unrestricted engine would work.
