Bob, exactually "Evernham has a strong partner who is new to the sport and will keep that team going." I imagine sometime in the not so distant future Ray will sell out the rest of his interest. I find it funny his girlfriend is driving a Chevy.
I'm not sure I agree with the statement Champ Car is going down. The few races I watched, there seemed to be more people than an IRL race. Excluding the Brickyard of course. As far as TV ratings, I'm not really sure. Champ Car has more of a international appeal.
They sure bent up some trucks in Daytona yesterday.
