Here is the deal...if Robby was wrong and the caution had come out before he completed the pass of Ambrose, then why the heck wasn't Ambrose also penalized for his actions ? And those actions would be continuing at race speed under a yellow flag condtion.(which he clearly was while he was spinning Robby out) I don't condone Robby's actions at the end of the race, but I don't blame him. Yes, he is hot under the collar, but don't screw him by sticking him back in 13th place on the restart.
