I would have to say that to be in the position he was in, being in a good truck with all the possibilities, and to be around the drug that was in his vehicle, has to be a very non-intelligent move. As a professional "athelete" because I know we consider nascar drivers as such, has a responsibility to be a role model no matter what the age, alot of young fans watch this sport and he has to obey the laws of the land, no matter the addiction level. For we know in order to get something to be an addiction you have to use it and thats where he made his first mistake. It is never going to be excusable for someone to break the law, bottom line.
