Well I don't think that the Nextel Cup drivers make the race itself boring. The race may very well be exciting. But as I posted below, the Busch series has sure turned into something that is in fact dominated by the Cup drivers these days. They have nothing to gain at Dover because the Busch cars are the normal cars and the Cup cars are the ugly COT.
