The Cup races for the most part are boring affairs and the always dropping TV ratings mean that the party is over unless NASCAR does something to make the racing more interesting. For the most part I think that they need to shorten up the events into a 3 hour max pakage except for the bigger events at Charlotte, Daytona , Talladega and Indy. Introduce maybe a heat race system or something like that.

The Busch series has lost it's identity and original purpose. It is not becoming boring. I mean, some or most races are boring because the racing is not that good actually. It upsets me because I miss the days when most of the Busch drivers were full time Busch drivers (ie Magic Shoes, David Green, and many others) These were guys that were satisfied racing in Busch and then there were others who used Busch as a stepping stone to Cup.
