And doesn't he have girls from his first wedding? Another aristocratic connection, IIRC. I think there was something incomplete about his first wedding that allowed him to have a church wedding the second time around. I saw this couple in Disney Hall here in LA several years ago, the last time Alfred Brendel was in town. I bet I was the only person who recognized them, thanks to PdV!
