Wikipedia says that he married his second wife in a lavish wedding in Havana, with the Cuban president of that time present.
I also read that he met his first wife in Lausanne, where both of them underwent treatment, she because of problems with lungs. Therefore I always imagined her like a delicate, fragile young lady (like in the Wikipedia picture) and the lady in the wedding picture looks very vivid and full of energy to me. But maybe it is just my impression and the bride is really Edelmira.
