The lady on the wedding gown seems to have a larger mouth, which is inconsistent with Edelmira's photo on Wikipedia, where she is, as we say, "making a little mouth" - fazer boquinha.
However, the general figure of the bride seems more like Edelmira.
I know nothing about Alfonso's second marriage, if it was a (at least so ) grand marriage as with Edelmira.
One thing I know, the second marriage was just civil.
The bride and groom seem to be leaving a church, so ... my guess the bride is Edelmira.
I've seen that picture quite often and it always says it's her.
