With the help of a lot of wonderful people here already posted several times, but now with one picture of the civil wedding too...
In the wedding room of the townhall of the small town of Ansouis, Gersende de Sabran-Ponteves, holds the hand of her fiancé, prince Jacques d'Orléans. They listen to the mayor. Around them, the Count and Countess of Paris, the Duchess of Sabran-Ponteves, the brothers of Gersende, the count of Clermont and the Duke of Calabria, husband of princess Anne. The bride is wearing a dress of multicolor silk, designed by Mme. Gres.
Then, the 4th of August came. Gersende became the Duchess of Orleans before God. In the center, we recognize the Count and Countess of Caught dressed by couturier Pierre Balmain. The wedding dress was designed by Yves Saint Laurent, it is patchwork with a wide belt. The hair was done by by the famous hairdresser Alexander.
