The Duke of Württemberg recognises the Castro line as heads of Bourbon Two Sicilies. The Duke & Duchess of Castro attended the wedding of Hereditary Duke Friedrich of Württemberg & Princess Marie zu Wied and sat at the front with all of the heads/respresentatives of royal houses; the Duke of Castro escorted the Princess of Naples from the Schloß Kirche. The Duke & Duchess of Calabria (Carlos & Anne) and their family did not attend.
The Duchess of Calabria (Anne) along with her five children attended the wedding of Duchess Mathilde of Württemberg & Hereditary Count Erich von Waldburg zu Zeil und Trauchburg in 1988; the Duke did not attend. They haven't attended the other Württemberg weddings.
Prince Antoine & Princess Elisabeth of Bourbon Two Sicilies (Nee Württemberg and sister of the Duke of Württemberg) regularly attend Württemberg family evenets. Prince Antoine is a first cousin of Infante Alfonso, Duke of Calabria (d. 1964) & Prince Ferdinando, Duke of Castro (d. 2008). Happy families!!
