The Seacoast Church Softball league is looking for a few good umpires for Tuesday night. We usually govern our own games, but due to the unique circumstance of having 6 games in 6 locations tomorrow night, we are looking for a few good men or women.
You DO NOT have to be USSSA certified to umpire our games. All we ask is that you have some experience, and know the basic rules!
Tomorrow night I have an opening for a playoff game that is to be played at Hussey Elementary school off Rt 236 in Berwick.
There is also an opening for a game to be played at the Milton School(Formerly Noble Junior High) just over the border from Somersworth into Maine.
We pay $30 per game cash on the spot BEFORE the game starts. Each team pays the umpire $15. I figured that if any Rochester League guys want to make a quick couple of dollars, and enjoy some church league action, here's the chance!
