As Umpires and League Officials in a Church League, it is our responsibility to control trouble makers and the 1st way we do that, is to lead by example. Posting on your League website, is one of the many ways we do promote our League and having the 18 teams divided into 3 Talent based Divisions, provides us a way to allow the younger generation to climb the ladder and the more competitive teams to focus on competition. Our League dues are very affordable and many of the Churches assist with those who may have difficulty affording the approx. $20 fee per player (More or less, depending on the team) fee, usually to include a hat and Jersey. LOL, I invite you and everyone else, to please come check out our League.
