Hello All....I would like to start this off by saying thank you , thank you to all of you who has attended the defibulator classes, you will never know how much it means to me and to Shawn's family....! It was very much appreciated !
I do understand that is was hard to make the time to come to the 2-3 hour classes, but I do hope inside yourselves you feel an accomplishment from it.
BUT, my only problem is that we (myself and shawns family) gave up many nights and our time to be there with all of you, to give you all a FREE training on the defibulators, so that you could have them for FREE at your softball field, and to (hopefully) never have to use them, but if for a reason you do, SOMEONE will be trained from you field to help save someone else's life.
So, what I dont understand is that we are giving these to you for FREE...(which these machines if you were to purchase them are worth over $1500.00 a piece) and not ONE person from DOVER field could show up tonight so that we could hand deliver it to you. We never asked for much, just someone to represent your field! Myself and Trudy, and Clarence and Gary, which is the patient man who has been donating his FREE time to teaching these classes were there tonight, and not one person for the dover field....We sat there for 45 mins and NOT ONE person could come! To me , that is a complete insult to us! If you are not interested, trust me, we can find someone who is. And againt my better judgement, Trudy (shawns mom) is willing to give you , the dover field ONE more chance. Gary from Frisbee is doing these classes because he believes that what we are doing is a great thing for you all, it would cost you 35.00 a person to be trained, and he was willing to do them at no cost to each and every one of you. But as long with all of us , he is losing his patience in giving up his "free" time to help you all out.
I am only going to ask you "dover" one more time, if you would like to have this defibulator at "your" softball field, then you will need to contact Trudy Wyatt at 603-332-2935 and set up a class within the next couple of weeks. If not, then we will find someone who be proud to have this at their home field.
Please understand that the only thing that we ever wanted to do was to make you feel safe and secure at your home field !
