I am an 88 year old American born Macedonian and I would appreciate the following informa- tion. I think zelnik is composed of about 10 layers of filo dough filled with cheese and leek (or whatever); vialnik is a long filled affair rounded into a round pie platelike tava; but what is MASNIK? I have been trying for years to find out. Regards. GC
