Urgent: Wonderful fixed Blue Heeler (AKC quality) with bandit eye and long tail...

My friend has to rehome their beautiful and fun fixed blue heeler. I love this dog but we can't take in another one...otherwise he would be mine. I care enough about him to help her find a good home. Loves to work and is sweet as can be but does chase cats, has never caught one though. Please help give this great dog a good home. He is stunning.... I bust mine...so I can kick yours!!
