I called the owner instead of emailing to advise about the kill buyers and mexican rodeo trippers.
She took in a tenant a year and a half ago to help with expenses for a flat rate. The property is only zoned for 1 family. Since then utilities have gone up but the tenant is refusing to pay more, and this month is refusing to pay anything. Meanwhile she's brought in boarders and keeping the money for herself.
Alicia and the owner have tried to evict her but she's been threatening them....not a good situation for a pregnant woman OR her horse.
Ravi is about 20 years old, Arab,and her friends horse. She's giving him free to the first "qualified" person to inquire, although she said she hung up on people that seemed more concerned that he's free.

I did ask her if she'd be willing to euthanize him if worse came to worse. She said that she would much prefer that to slaughter or tripping but doesn't have the funds for it. I posted on RO...I'll kick in a bit to help her out as a last resort if needed."
