I hope someone out there will be able to steer me in the right direction. I am trying to locate my brother Hans Loepprich. I have never met him. Mother came to USA without him after WWII. Last known whereabouts was in Siberia but possibly lives in Germany or Siberia. Is there a WebSite that may be a better help to me. Not that this one isn't but well you know what I mean.
