Both of these are nice shavers but they're for users, not collectors.
The Tech has some small reddish splotches on the handle that I couldn't get off although I didn't try very hard.
The NEW was polished down to the copper on the top by a previous owner. Those power tools will remove thin gold in a hurry. 
$10 each including U.S. shipping or $8 each plus actual international postage.
