Nice shave, a couple of weepers on my neck, but that is typical for me with a new Ninja. Tomorrows shave will be smooth as silk. Proraso Pre-Post took care of the bleeding nicely.
Larry, I, too, haven't tried an open-comb razor that I liked, yet. I once had a Gillette NEW, which has blade gap and is conceptually more similar to safety-bar razors, but it was the only razor I simply couldn't use without getting severe razor burn.
I have a Goodfella razor that is of the traditional blade-on-comb type, but I didn't like it, either. Blade-on-comb has a different feel/dynamic to it and I haven't felt compelled to take the time to adapt to it.
