Gillette B2 Red Tip SS Derby blade, day 3 Gillette gel in a blue can Thayer's witch hazel with aloe shower Royall Lime AS/cologne I had to be at work at 2 am this morning, so I needed a quick shave. This particular goo works well enough, and the 3 day old Derby gave me an excellent, 2 pass shave. I'm working 12+ hour days, it's going to be a loooonngg week. Larry

Decided to compare two of my Super Speeds: my 1949/50 vs. my early 60s flare tip. Both with a Crystal blade with a few shaves on them. Not much difference between the two razors in terms of smoothness and closeness of shave. Slightly different weight distribution (very minor) and tactile feel of the handles. Omega boar brush (got at Target a couple of years ago, looks like the 50083 but no sticker) Decided to give it a go after many months of using my 6217 Badger by Omega. Both are very nice brushes! Frankenstein Teck, '54 head with 30's handle 7 o'yeller shave ? more than four for sure.
