Razor: Gillette slim adjustable on 4
Blade: Generic "Super+Chromium" (10 or 5)
Brush: Kent B&B LE
Cream: Proraso (now we have to specify "old formula"?)
Bowl: Muhle stoneware
Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel (yellow label)
Aftershave: Proraso cream aftershave

I just kept going past the 3rd pass so figured I'd use the balm instead of splash, but no apparent damage!
