Actually shaved last night at bedtime to save time in the morning. Switched from the AC Pro to the Super Pro. Great shave! I put the old AC Pro blade in the empty side of the razor, edge in, as a shim so it's even. I set it to just 5. I know the Super Pro is thicker than the Pro, but it may be wider as well. I'm not sure if the shim increased, decreased or had no effect on the exposure.
I think the thick blade is part of the reason it shaves so well. The Progress has just the right exposure characteristics so I can use this otherwise aggressive blade safely. I might have to put it in my adjustable Schick and give it a try.
