Murray, I have resisted any urge to revert from anything but a DE since starting with them, albeit it has only been a few months since I made the switch. I did used to get good shaves from them, but I seem to have blocked out what exactly it was I used (or my CRS is kicking in again.)
This morning:
Astra blade, day 2
Gillette Slim Adjustable, kicked up to 4
Muhle bowl
Wee Scot brush
My Time Bath and Body Menthol 10/10
The Body Shop Kistna a/s balm
Caswell-Massey Number Six cologne
My technique has gotten good enough to move the setting up to 4 without causing damage. The MTBB menthol was nice and cold. Just wish it smelled like something other than Aveeno. Had gotten a sample of this Body Shop a/s balm when I went into a Body Shop store the first time I was looking for Bath & Body Works and figured I'd give it a try before I chucked it. It's not bad. I was sparing with the cologne so haven't gotten much of a taste of it yet.
