Gillette Slim Adjustable (on 3)
Astra blade (my first shave with one of these)
Proraso Pre
My Time Bath & Body Orange E/O shave cream
Dad's old Rubberset badger brush
Muhle shave bowl
Floid Vigoroso aftershave

The MTB&B scent was equal to peeling a fresh orange. Very nice.

Haven't used Dad's old brush much - it worked well, and would be a keeper anyhow. Not sure if it's the Astra or if my technique has outgrown the #3 setting on the Slim but I could have used slightly more aggression. 3 passes plus lots of touch up resulted in a Damn Fine Shave with no nicks or irritation. Was tempted to try the Caswell-Massey Number 6 cologne, but the Floid barbershop scent is so pleasant I didn't want to replace it.
