Kawasaki 750 electrical problems

I have a 1998 750 Vulcan My headlight, horn, tail light,tach, instrument cluster lights, brake lights don't work??
I changed the junction box and the regulator. Still no lights. I checked the wiring it all checked out good. Does anyone know what it might be. I was thinking of maybe the ignitor.
