Hellllllpppppppp, does anyone know what could be wrong, 14,000 km, like new, and we dont know if there is a way to fix this ourselves. Info would be muuuucccch appreciated. I paid too much for the bike, thinking it was perfect. Havent even been able to learn to ride it. thanks.
