1999 GPZ 500 S

my bike was stolen but thankfully recovered by Police.The ignition switch was smashed beyond repair so I obtained a replacement which I fitted,to no avail.THE BIKE REMAINS DEAD.I`ve replaced plugs,supressor caps,plug leads and the CDI.Still no signs of life.Can anyone come up with a sensible cure for this bike.It`s nothing to do with any of the various cut outs,the alternator is live & kicking,battery is fully charged,all other systems OK.Please help me A.S.A.P.
