kz750 twin electrics

So I just dropped a new motor into my '80 kz750 twin and I've got just about everything hooked up and attached, including most of the elecrical stuff. There are three leads, though, that I'm not sure where to put. They're heavy guage black wires with metal rings on the ends. I can't quite make it out from the manual.
Any ideas?
