1982 Yamaha sitting 16 years

Found a 1982 yamaha 650 shaft drive in a barn with 7,500 miles. Bike was running perfect when parked there, and was kept dry. I plan on a big clean up, but need advice on getting her running. Carb cleaning, wd-40 etc... any tips appreciated!
