back fire & detination in one cylender

I have a virago 750 decell it back fires and on excekk it wioo pop or you can here some type of detination in the exout for the right side..killing the right plug eliminates this so i know right side . Just replaced the coils plugs plug wires and plug resisters to no avail H E L P .
