1995 goldwing

I have a 1995 honda goldwing, it is a very smooth riding bike until about 85 mph then it starts to shake. I think it may be a wheel out of balance but it just started doing this and it don't look like any of the wheel weights are missing or gone. any other thoughts or should i have the wheel balance checked.
