Revised transmission dates were received on 31/3/08 - please read on. The series has been deferred by a week due to the Grand Prix, while the transmission time (originally to have been 7:30 p.m.) has been altered.
If you want to follow this series, you MUST check the TV schedules each week, because Meridian is not broadcasting these programmes at a consistent time.
We have just received revised details of the running order. Each programme will be broadcast early on Sunday evenings on Meridian, which is ITV1 in a region ranging from south Essex through to east Dorset. We will add the exact times as soon as we know them.
People who do not live in the area but subscribe to Sky or Virgin Cable, or have a Maplin Portable Satellite Kit, can also receive Meridian - details are published in the response to this thread, q.v.
Here is the revised running order for the series:
Program 1 : Castleman’s Corkscrew (Tx 13/4/08 @ 6:00 p.m.)
Program 2 : The Longmoor Military Railway (Tx 20/4/08 @ 5:15 p.m.)
Program 3 : The Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway (Tx 27/4/08 @ 5:15 p.m.)
Program 4 : The Hawkhurst Branch (Tx 4/5/08 @ 5:15 p.m.)
Program 5 : The Meon Valley Railway (Tx 11/5/08 @ 5:20 p.m.)
Program 6 : The East Kent Railway (Tx 18/5/08 @ 5:45 p.m.)
Program 7 : The Sprat & Winkle Line (Tx 15/6/08 @ 6:00 p.m.)
Program 8 : The Isle of Wight (Tx 22/6/08 @ 6:00 p.m.)
