Well our next biggest employer would be Walmart, maybe they would sponser it. It could be named The Dropping Prices Dome. Realistically I dont think that the gov is gonna be giving out big bucks anytime soon for "extras" so this may all be for nothing anyhow. Highways are more of a must have, so lets get on that bypass thing instead!
