Ha very funny. I don't have a "quest for perfection" and nice try and distracting from the real problem.
I DO NOT want the city to build a gigantic building at a gigantic cost. This is my RIGHT as a citizen. Enjoy YOUR quest for bad choices, go ahead.
All the buildings they're wanting to build can be done separately, in a more modest fashion, and in a more tasteful fashion, frankly.
