It seems like your main objection is location, size you don't want the two facilities to share the same roof and that the conceptual drawings you've seen are ugly. I too question these things but I also realize that even our falling down disgrace of an arena brings revenue in to the town which is in jeprody. Enjoy your wait for perfection and in the meantime of course you can dis everyone elses efforts as less than.
