Here it was Southills that needed wanted and paid for the water to be brought up here with ZERO grants and Mr Wallace and gang had Canadian tire hooked up to it before Southills! An interesting fact is the government gave per capita grants but it was NEVER taken off of the cost to users of the water to Southills, it was put in general revenue instead. All this happened just as PSL was being done so I imagine they needed the money for that instead. I am so glad that someone forgot to put frontage fees on southills lots, at least it makes up for some of the lost money.
