How has Nate cleaned up PSL and the Newman mess??? I still see a building that now has surpassed the 15 million in expenditure with no end in sight and the Newman mess still a mess with a very narrow roadway, no sidewalks',no streetlights and a very dangerous area. An accident will happen there sooner than later and the City will be on the hook for allowing a street to be built contrary to their bylaw's and no sidewalks or street lights. They also never recouped the over 1 million dollars they spent extending the water line to his properties for free unless they are presently over charging the Southill homeowners under the parcel tax.????
