I gotta say that when Nate came in he had to clean up some messes most notably PSL and the Newman Property shortcuts. He did without flinching without trying to pass the buck. He dealt with it straight up. He didn't agree with the past administration that made the messes but because he understood there was no, "I in Team" he cleaned up without moaning and groaning. Because he understands there is no "I in Team" he did two things that previous admin never did. He invited others to share their accomplishments on the channel 10 mayors reports and he always credits the council.
I don't know what kind of mayor Mary would make but because Nate Has done what he said he would do he has my vote.
