Parking is at a premium downtown and the neighbours of Maeford place have a right to be concerned.
Naturally, we need seniors' residences, and the people that live in them also have a right to be close to amenities.
Is there a reasonable solution? Yes, of course.
But should we compound the problem by building a huge multicentrea few blocks from there?? No.
