Here is the thing....I came on the PP because someone told me about what was being said about my family with the trial. Everyone is under the impression that we filed these charges & took him to court. That is wrong. We were subpoenaed as witnesses. We had no choice. The state did everything. Not us. There was never any thought of lawsuits or any other ridiculous claim posted on here. And you also need to realize I don't care who liked Jack Harley & who don't. I agree he is like by few & hated by many. I never had a problem or run in with the man ever, until he hit my kid. I did not criticize any one of you personally on here, until you all started bashing me. And most of them should really not throw stones. How & why my personal life became the topic of discussion is beyond me. I just need to get one thing straight.....All these accusations about lawsuits are just that. I can't speak for anyone else that was involved but I never gave it a thought about a lawsuit. If I had plans on doing that it would have been done long ago. As everyone knows regardless of the outcome in the court room....anyone can file a civil suite win or loose. And anyone that does truely know me knows I don't need anything from anyone.
