By FRANK ANDRUSCAVAGE SHENANDOAH - An unidentified man is in Schuylkill County Prison after Shenandoah police charged him with raping a 13-year-old girl at his home Thursday night. The man, who speaks no English, was arrested as John Doe on charges of one felony count each of rape, statutory sexual assault; one misdemeanor count each of indecent exposure and corruption of minors; three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault and three misdemeanor counts of indecent assault.  Post a Response in Schuylkill County
