Its all the filth of Pottsville people dont care this has become a section 8 paradise and city officials are happy to have it that way people dont care what they make there property look like because they dont pay a cent to live in it.....the city is corrupt and feeds into this garbage......just wait till we have more of the scum coming up into this area with there blessed train station
