My friend bought her daughter uniform pants. when she washed them they shrunk and got short and a little tight...She got detention for the pants being to short. they are uniform code pants.They just dont have many uniform code clothes -in her size...she got her 3 pairs of the same kind because they were the only pants she could find in her size so all three pairs shrunk..She is in a size 12 and most of the clothes her size were sold out.This uniform code stuff is getting a little expensive. buying them and buying regular clothes is a bit much...i think the schools should reconsider and just try applying it to regular clothes...if they would have done this from the beginning none of this would have happened..If the student is wearing clothes that are inappropriate then punish them or send them home...whats the difference...they are sending them home now or giving detention and they are wearing uniform code clothes..
Are there any other people who agree about the unform clothes being to expensive and that kids should be allowed to wear regular clothes...and if the kids dress improperly then punish them which should have been done all along..
