Did anyone read this article in tonight's online rag?

The sad truth is that this family isn't unique. So much suffering and pain in this area. Hard times fall on lots of good people for sure. Then you have the system riders who get everything for free on trumped up medical conditions, etc.
I know of a case where there is a youngish man who lives in the projects across the street from the Minersville High Rise. Physically there's not a dman thing wrong with him. I think he even produced 5 or 6 kids which he doesn't support. Mentally, he may have some minor issues, but I believe these are exacerbated due to drug use. Well, this guy lives like a king in his project house, drives a nice new car and brags about how he got SSD payments at age 40, with a retro amount of 35K. Yes, he BRAGS about it. All because of couple years ago he voluntarily signed himself into a psych unit (maybe 5P)and claimed to have mental issues that deem him disabled. This was all to avoid jail time from DUI charges.
Nice, isn't it?
The 'system' is unfair. People who are truly deserving of benefits, funds, etc. have to fight, claw and beg for assistance, especially after having worked hard to just get by. Others, like the case I mention, just float through life getting shit handed to them on a silver platter.
